After tryouts, you will receive an email if the athlete is selected for a BVA Lions team.
What to expect:
During our tryouts, we conduct a comprehensive assessment that focuses on a variety of skills, tailor-made to the athlete’s main position, as well as encompassing broader skills and concepts relevant to their age group.
The tryout will include a balanced mix of skill work and scrimmage-based activities. All our experienced program staff will be actively involved across all courts, ensuring a vigorous, high-energy training ambiance.
We are fully aware of the intensity a tryout can bring, so we strive to make this process feel like a typical training session. Rest assured, no one is more invested in your success on the court than the BVA Lions team!
Further information, including details about the tryout results process and the expected timeline for feedback, will be communicated to all registrants before the tryout date.

Please note, our registration process has transitioned to a new (and enhanced) platform. This may necessitate the creation of a fresh account and athlete profile to finish your registration.
After setting up the guardian account and the athlete profile(s), you can swiftly choose the appropriate athlete for your selected program without re-entering player details in the future!
Registration for tryouts is mandatory for all athletes who wish to participate in the 2023-2024 season. This includes returning players.
